Arrowhead Provincial Park

If you love hiking, biking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing, this is the place to plan your engagement session! With many acres of forested land, mini waterfall, some open expanses and an arched bridge over a lake with a sweeping panoramic view there is much to explore.

You know what would be super fun? For the couple who enjoys camping, let's book your session at Arrowhead and plan a story around the theme. I'll capture you setting up your tent, building a fire, roasting marshmallows and telling stories as the sun sets. Then, I'll leave you to enjoy your weekend at this beautiful park we are so lucky to have in Ontario. It's an engagement session and a mini-vacation all in one weekend! Just a thought!

Dog-Friendly? Yes.

Best Season to Visit: Year-round.

Privacy Level? Fair. Weekends are busier than weekdays, though it is a huge park with lots of space to distance from other visitors.

Permit Required? No.

Parking Fee? Yes, $14.50 per vehicle, during regular operating season. Well worth the cost, and you have full-day access to the park. Pack a picnic and make it a day trip, or consider a longer stay by camping overnight (additional park fees apply).
